AN ADVICE TO BOTH PARTIES, ON THE PRESENT STATE OF AFFAIRS.
Dumb now be faction, party cease to roar,
And let fall discord's voice be heard no more
United, let your streamers fly in air.
And each bold Briton for the fight prepare,
To arms, to arms! urged by your country's call,
And pour swift vengeance on the perjur'd Gaul.
Nor be the Gaul devoted to the blow,
Alone,--All Bourbon is Britannia's foe;
On kindred coasts, then let your thunders roar,
And shake, with dread, Iberia's haughty shore.
